One Little light works to impact three groups of people in pakistan

the Women, Children and the Youth. The reason One Little light chooses to help these three groups is due to their social status in the community and being the most marginalized groups of people in Pakistan.

​WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

To improve the life status of women, we realized that first of all we need to build their financial and social strength. To achieve this, we at One Little Light together with the mothers of the children benefiting them with our Women Empowerment program. Under this program, a few activities have been initiated including; sewing center and women entrepreneurship. This has also enabled the creation of a peer group for the women in the community to receive not only training and education on various subjects but also a place to socialize with other women......

School Supplies

One Little Light provides students with the tools they need for success in the classroom. Our students deserve the chance to walk into school confidently just like every other student in school. Each child is given a brand new customized backpack filled with new school supplies and a book of their very own. All of our backpacks and supplies are collected and packed with love by community volunteers.....

Fresh Start Hygiene Kit

Kids want to look good and feel good every day at school.  Our Fresh Start Hygiene kits help kids living in poverty achieve that goal. Good hygiene is an important part of a young kid’s health, wellness, and self-esteem. Kids with poor hygiene can face harmful consequences.  Students may be more prone to developing rashes and infections or may quickly become the target of bullying.....
